The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to all purchases made on tmengarsrl.com. By placing an order you make an offer to T Mengar Sl ("we / us / our"). That offer is accepted when we process your order and dispatch the items, creating a binding agreement between you and us. Please read these Terms carefully before placing your order. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Orders are acknowledged by email as soon as possible. Any acknowledgment does not constitute our legal acceptance acceptance occurs only when we process and dispatch your items. We will email you a copy of your receipt confirming we have received your payment authorisation. Please retain it as proof of purchase for any returns or warranty claims.
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you have ordered, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for that item. Only one promotional offer may be redeemed per order and per household.
All prices are displayed in € (EUR), inclusive of applicable VAT but excluding delivery charges, which are shown at checkout. Prices are locked in at the time your order is placed. In the event of a pricing error we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We accept payment by Bank Wire / SWIFT or direct bank transfer. Cheques and cash on delivery are not accepted.
T Mengar Sl delivers worldwide. Delivery timeframes shown during checkout are estimates only time is not of the essence. If delivery is delayed more than 7 working days beyond the estimated date without a reasonable explanation, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Title in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items immediately upon receipt; you are responsible for them once the carrier obtains your signature.
In addition to your statutory rights, any item developing a genuine manufacturing fault within 12 months of delivery will be repaired or replaced free of charge, provided:
Clearance items that are uneconomical to repair may, at our discretion, be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. If items fail to match the description at the time of purchase, we will arrange collection and issue a full refund upon proof of purchase. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), nor for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
