For the BMW E30 we would recommend the Drenth DG400. This is a 6 speed fully sequential unit, with a 400Nm torque rating, and comes complete with a gear position sensor. It has an M12x1.5 thread in the side to fit an aftermarket oil temperature sensor (not included)
